The menu you want depends on when you are coming; the dinner menu on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings; the Pinsa on Friday nights only; Duke's Favourites and Bar Snacks throughout the week. Dinner at The Duke
Our signature dinner menu, the one the kitchen is most proud of, and the reason most people make the drive. Seasonal ingredients, local suppliers, and dishes that change when the valley tells us to. Available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings from 6 to 9pm. Booking recommended; essential at weekends.
FRIDAY EVENINGS ONLY
Pinsa at The Duke
Pinsa is a Roman-style flatbread; lighter, more digestible, and considerably more interesting than pizza. Available on Friday evenings only, alongside the dinner menu. A different way to spend a Friday night in the valley, and one that does not require an advance booking.

The dishes that earn their place on the menu every week regardless of season. Honest, well-made, the kind of food that justifies a midweek visit. Available throughout the week at all service times.

Sourdough and butter. A proper cheese board. Smaller plates for those who want to eat well without committing to a full meal. Available throughout the week in the bar, no booking required.

Sunday Lunch at The Duke
Sunday lunch at The Duke is what Sunday lunch should be. Proper roasts, good gravy, the kind of table you do not want to leave too quickly. Worth booking ahead, Sunday fills. We also have a Sunday lunch menu for little one’s. The same kitchen, the same quality, scaled to the occasion. Available every Sunday alongside the main lunch menu

Made in the kitchen, not bought in. The sticky toffee pudding has been on since the refurbishment and shows no signs of leaving. Available across all services and Sunday lunch.

The AA Rosette dinner menu runs Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 6pm to 9pm. The Pinsa menu is on Friday evenings alongside it. Duke's Favourites and bar snacks are available throughout the week with no booking needed. Sunday lunch is served every Sunday. A dessert menu and cocktails are available across all evening services.
